1. How do I know which product is right for my skin?

We have categorized our products by skin concerns (Acne, Pigmentation, Aging, etc.). You can also refer to the “Skin Type” section on each product page or contact our support for a personalized recommendation.

2. Can I use multiple serums together?

Yes, but layering matters. Generally, apply water-based serums first, followed by oil-based ones. However, avoid using strong actives like Retinol and AHA/BHA in the same routine to prevent irritation.

3. Why does my skin feel tingly after using the 2% Salicylic Acid or Vitamin C?

A mild tingling sensation is normal when using high-concentration actives for the first time. If it persists or causes redness, reduce the frequency of use or consult a professional.

4.Are your products safe for pregnancy?

While most of our products (like Niacinamide and Vitamin B5) are safe, we recommend avoiding Retinol and certain high-strength acids during pregnancy. Always consult your doctor before starting a new routine during this phase.

1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it directly through the “Track Order” page on our website.

2. How long does delivery take?

Typically, orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 days for the rest of India.

3. Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout.

We offer a 14-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. Due to the personal nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns for used or opened products.
